You start with a short intro to stand up paddling before paddling together with your instructor to a beautiful, remote location. Here the boards will be connected to a buoy to avoid drifting while your instructor guides you. Your SUP Yoga session will help you practice balance, stretch, and enjoy the natural surroundings. A variety of poses and modifications will be introduced for all levels and abilities to enjoy.

What to bring
Bring your swimwear, towel, hat, sunscreen, t-shirt and plenty of drinking water. In addition, we recommend a strap for your glasses/sunglasses and water-shoes or similar for walking over the stones.
On the road from Rhodes to Lindos take the exit to Stegna. Follow the road all the way down to the sea then turn LEFT on to the beach, after 100 meters you will find us on the beach next to Kozas Studios.
